The IEEE Communications Society Latin America Region invites IEEE ComSoc Section Chapters and Student Branch Chapters to submit contributions and updates for the September 2026 issue of the IEEE ComSoc Latin America Newsletter.

Submissions may include:

  • Professional and student chapter activities
  • Recent achievements and initiatives
  • Conferences, workshops, and technical events
  • Reports and other relevant updates from across the region

The newsletter provides an opportunity to showcase the work, impact, and accomplishments of the IEEE ComSoc community throughout Latin America.

Submission deadline

All information must be submitted by August 8, 2026.

Submission guidelines

Text should use Calisto MT, size 9. Images should be provided in JPEG or GIF format.

For easier sharing, photographs may be submitted through a link to a shared Google Drive folder or another file-sharing service. Please include a short description of each image.
