The IEEE Communications Society Latin America Region is pleased to announce the Call for Nominations for the 2026 IEEE ComSoc Regional Awards, recognizing outstanding volunteers and professionals whose leadership, service, and contributions continue to strengthen the communications community across Latin America.

Nominations are currently being accepted in the following categories:

  • Young Professional Award
  • Distinguished Service Award

The nomination deadline is August 31, 2026, and the awardees will be announced on September 5, 2026.

Nominations should include:

  • A supporting statement describing the nominee’s contributions and impact.
  • Contact information for both the nominee and the nominator.

These awards provide an important opportunity to recognize the volunteers and leaders whose dedication, service, and professional contributions have made a meaningful impact on the IEEE Communications Society throughout Latin America.
