A biomedical engineer with a postgraduate degree in telecommunications and high education with degrees on mobile communications and a master degree in telecommunications currently works in the nuclear medicine center from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón (UMSS) and professor of telecommunications engineering and mechatronics engineering at the Universidad católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (UCB).
An active member of the IEEE since 2015, adviser of the IEEE’s student branch of the UCB Cochabamba, and general coordinator of the biggest Bolivian congress of technology (BETCON) in 2018. Elected for Bolivian COMSOC president for 2021 and 2022.
