    TELECOM 2026 is a two-day technical–academic congress organized by the IEEE Communications Society Ecuador Chapter in collaboration with the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo. The event brings together students, researchers, IEEE members, and industry professionals to explore advances and challenges in modern telecommunications. The program includes a hands-on Radiocommunications Hackathon, keynote talks by distinguished experts, technical sessions, paper presentations from the Maskay special issue, and academia–industry interaction spaces.
